RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Karaoke Brothers, we want you to be satisfied with your order and will try to assist you until you are satisfied. You can return any hardware purchase within 14 days for any reason. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. You must contact us within 14 days of your purchase date for any return.

All items returned that are not for an exchange will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

DAMAGED ITEMS - All items are quality inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier (UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS or the US Postal Service) immediately. Do not return the package to us. Instead contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS - If any of the items that you receive is defective do not return the package to us. Instead contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the manufacturer for replacement.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE - HARDWARE - If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you can exchange it for any other item that is the same or lower in price without paying a restocking fee. You will however still be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE - MUSIC/SOFTWARE - All sales are final for music and software. You can exchange defective merchandise for the exact same item but not for other items or for a refund. You are responsible for all shipping fees.

RETURNS FOR REFUND - Your purchase will be refunded to you upon the return of the product. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a refund, less shipping and handling and restocking fee. Your credit will be issued in the same manner payment was made to Karaoke Brothers. Please allow 1-2 weeks for credits to be issued.

Please send all returns to the following address. Your RMA# will be your order number. Please write this on the box. Be sure to include a note stating what the problem is and if you would like a refund or replacement.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Most orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt assuming no errors are found. Shipping time varies depending on method chosen by the customer. Some orders require research and/or are delayed for various reasons. Plan for potential delays when choosing your order method.

REFUND, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Orders CANNOT be canceled or modified. Please verify all shipping and billing information before submitting your order.

Orders that contain a bad shipping address and are shipped back to the Karaoke Brothers warehouse can be reshipped to the customer; however, an additional shipping and handling fee (equal to the original shipping and handling charges) will apply. In order to prevent this circumstance from occurring please verify all shipping and billing information before placing your order.

Business hours/days DO NOT include weekends or holidays.

Delivery days include everyday except Sunday and holidays.

Delivery time frames are estimated and therefore not guaranteed.

If an item is out of stock or back ordered Karaoke Brothers will contact the customer for guidance on proceeding with the order.

All International orders have a 2-8 week delivery time. All domestic orders have a 3-5 working day delivery time. These estimates are based on if item is in stock and exclude weekends and holidays.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

Legal status of products: It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Replica Dungeon. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the he/she is of legal age. Karaoke Brothers will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers. It is the buyers responsibility to check with customs in their country when purchasing an item. Replica Dungeon is not responsible for seizures made by customs. Anyone attempting to falsify information or defraud our company in any way, will be turned over to the proper authorities. Any attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action!

PAYMENT PROCESSING

To ensure buyer protection we require that you ship to the same address as the billing address on file with your credit card company. If you wish to ship to a different address please register the address with your credit card company before placing your order.

Paypal users must have Verified status for us to process the order. Non-verified Paypal users will have their orders put on hold until verification takes place.

The above measures are put in place to protect those with stolen credit card information.
